You can request an address change as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.
✅ What you’ll need
To speed things up, please prepare:
Your Order Number
The new full shipping address, including:
Street & house number
City
Postal/ZIP code
Country
Phone number (optional, but helpful for the carrier)
📦 Can my address still be changed?
Address changes are possible only if the order is still being processed in our warehouse.
Order status: Processing / Confirmed → ✔️ address change is possible
Order status: Shipped / Out for delivery / Delivered → ❌ address change is no longer possible
(but we can still help with re-routing or delivery instructions)
📝 How to request an address change
You can contact us using one of the options below:
✅ Option 1 — Submit a request
Click “Submit a request” at the top of this page
Choose Order Support
Select Change Shipping Address
Provide your order number and the new address
Our team will confirm once the update is completed
💬 Option 2 — Chat with our Virtual Assistant
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner
Type “change shipping address”
The assistant will collect the details and update your request
⏳ How long does it take?
In most cases, changes are processed within a few minutes
If the order is already being packaged, confirmation may take a little longer
If shipping has already started, our support team will help with the best possible alternative

“Hi! I need to change my shipping address for Order #ZS-20451.
New address: 25 Baker Street, Kensington, London W8 1SP, United Kingdom.”
❗ Important
To protect your account, our team may verify the request using:
The email used for the purchase or
Order details (name, phone number, billing address, etc.)
Incomplete address details may delay the update.
