We have a small office of 20 people and are hoping to purchase a nice coffee machine to keep the team caffeinated and awake when in the office. Wondering if anyone has recommendations on what might be best for us to purchase?

This is a great question. As a long time 8Bar coffee customer and expert, the BrewMaster Pro tends to be the top coffee machine choice for offices under 25 people, who have a high volume of espresso and cappuccino drinkers.
If many in your office prefer drip coffee I would recommend the TrueBrew instead (image below and link here). TrueBrew can be better option if/because:
Employees are drip coffee drinkers
Still supports fresh ground beans on demand when an individual wants coffee for best flavour
Can brew individual drip coffee cups to ensure no waste
Iman Hadad Comment is spot on. We have an office with ~50 people, and have actually opted to have both a BrewMaster and a Tru Brew. We have 2 of each across both floors of our office. This we have found is the best blend for hitting the mark for all the coffee drinkers in our office, whether they prefer drip coffee, or brewed coffee.
In our recent office survey our employees have raved about how easy to use the BrewMaster pro is to quickly make lattes, cappuccinos and more. Especially nice for when guests are visiting.
From an administrator point of view, the machine almost never breaks down on us. We have had it now for 5 years, and have only need a part replaced once. That was not the experience we had with our previous vendor. We needed parts replaced constantly after the first year of having the machine.
I will also jump on the train and saw the BrewMaster Pro is the best! We also have an office of just around 20 people, and this machine has been raved about (but don't forget the beans make a difference too!).
We have drip coffee drinkers in our office, and have found they make a pretty good Americano with this machine, and they almost enjoy it more than their drip coffee from home!
The few tips I have:
Make sure you survey your employees to know what types of coffees they like best
Coffee Beans make a big difference to the flavour and taste of the coffee. This machine is fantastic at bringing out the truest flavours of the coffee beans.
Ensure you do run the descaler once every 3 months. Since doing this we have had no issues with the machine in over 3 years! It also keeps the coffee tasting the best.
