Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share this trick I learned that has made our coffee even better!!
Ensure you are storing your beans in the freezer once you have opened the bag. This might sound crazy... frozen coffee beans, but in talking with other experts they all agree. It helps to lock in the oils of the bean and therefore the flavour and caffeine!!
Try it! Put your opened bags of coffee in the freezer!
